Organization Settings
Organization Settings
Navigate to Settings in the navigation bar and select Organization. Here you will have the option to:
Change your Organization Name
View your organization Seats information
Set Organization Policies
Set Overtime settings
Change User Experience settings
Organization Name

To change your Organization Name:
Select the Organization Name box and type a new name.
Select “Save” at the bottom of the page to save your new Organization Name.
Seats
————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————
This indicates how many user accounts are available in your organization, and how many of those Seats (user accounts) are already filled.
Contact sales@shiftedtime.com to add more seats to your account.
Organization Policies

Use the on/off toggles to assign or remove the following policies for all users in your organization:
Allow users to edit their own time records: This policy allows all users to edit their own Day clock and Project and Job clock records for any given day.
Require a project for work records: This policy requires all users to select a Project whenever they’re tracking time.
Require a job for work records: This policy requires users to choose a Job whenever they’re tracking time.
Overtime

These settings affect Reports only.
First Overtime Threshold: This indicates the number of hours before overtime takes effect.
Second Overtime Threshold: This indicates the number of additional hours before overtime takes effect.
User Experience

These settings affect the layout and design of the My Clocks page for your organization's users. Choose between the Easter My Clocks User Experience, or the Classic My Clocks User Experience.
